What is the current turnaround time? Our current turnaround time is 10-14 business days. This is the time it takes for us to process, prepare, and embroider your order before it ships out. ⚠️ Please note: The turnaround time does not include shipping time. Shipping time is not included in the turnaround estimate and will vary based on the selected shipping method and carrier. For example: if you place an order today, it will take 10-14 business days for us to complete your embroidery and package your items. After that, shipping transit time begins. |
How do I submit a custom order? You can either fill out the form in the "contact" section, or you can email your custom request to woveninwaiting@gmail.com |
What is your return policy?Due to the nature of embroidery, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every design is created specifically for you, which means once your order is in production, it cannot be resold or reused. |
What if I made a mistake when placing my order?Since embroidery is personalized, we cannot accept responsibility for customer input errors (such as typos or incorrect sizes/colors). Please double-check all spellings, dates, and design details before submitting your order. |
How can I make sure my order is correct before it’s stitched? For most personalized orders, we offer a digital proof for approval before production begins. This gives you a chance to review the design, spelling, and placement to ensure everything is exactly how you’d like. Please review carefully, as production begins once the proof is approved. |
Can you embroider my company logo?Yes! We specialize in logo embroidery. A one-time digitization fee applies to convert your logo into a stitch file. Once digitized, your logo can be reused for future orders without additional fees. Why is there a digitization fee for logos/custom items?Digitization is the process of converting your logo, artwork, or design into a special stitch file that embroidery machines can read. This file tells the machine how to stitch the design—such as stitch type, density, and direction—so that the finished embroidery looks professional, clean, and durable. There is a one-time digitization fee for logos/customs. This fee depends on the size and location, but ranges $10-$40. Digitization is not an automatic process. Each design has to be carefully programmed by hand using specialized software. Once it’s digitized, the file can be reused for future orders without needing to pay the fee again. That’s why it is a one-time investment for your logo or design. |
Do I have to pay the digitization fee for every order? No. You only pay the fee once per design. Once your logo or artwork is digitized, we keep it on file for future use—whether you order next week or years down the road. |
Do you embroider on items that I provide?Yes — but only on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us in advance to discuss the item you’d like to provide. Not all fabrics or products are embroidery-friendly. Items must be made of stable materials that can be securely hooped and embroidered. We will review your item and let you know if it’s suitable before accepting it. |
Are there any risks with customer-supplied items?Yes. Because we cannot control the quality or construction of items we don’t source, there is always a risk of: Needle breaks, puckering, or tearing during embroidery Inconsistent results due to fabric or design limitations Damage to the item during production We handle all items with care, but we cannot replace or reimburse customer-supplied items if something goes wrong. |
How do I care for embroidered items?Wash inside out in cold water only Avoid bleach and harsh detergents Tumble dry on low or air dry If ironing is needed, cover embroidery with a pressing cloth and use low heat Proper care helps your embroidery last for years. |
Do you offer personalization (names, monograms, etc.)?Yes! In addition to business logos, we offer personalized embroidery for gifts, uniforms, and keepsakes. |
